The Plug

Hello and welcome back. I know it’s been a (very long!) while. If you follow my social media you will know that I am now officially a Level 3 Certified Personal Trainer. Yipeeeeee well done me!! 200w-23

So I’m going to hop straight to it…. welcome to The Plug. Two minutes of your time is all I need……. (if you have an extra couple of minutes read my post from 2 years ago about Personal Training here before I started my qualification…. nothing has changed on my views on the value of a PT – other perhaps some improved grammar skills!)

Why is my approach different?

My love of health and fitness  is so strong I can’t even put it into words to make a sentence that would make sense. Nothing can bring down your post session workout high.  If you haven’t felt on top of the world post workout, then you’re about to. I thoroughly Screenshot 2019-02-28 at 12.44.48believe in doing what works for you. I want your session with me to be a highlight of your week, not something you dread. My goal through my blog and social media has always been to inspire others to chase that high that I feel and now that I have completed my qualifications I cannot wait to be able to teach people hands on. My ethos is exercise form over weight. EVERY single time! I want to educate you to be able to feel confident in the gym to push yourself even when I’m not there. I’m not here to be your quick fix 6 week transformation trainer. Yes we will DEFINITELY be making big changes. But I want them to be sustainable. I don’t want you to feel like you’re trapped in a restrictive diet and military exercise regime. We’ll be building habits and changing your lifestyle, but most importantly we’ll be changing your mindset. We’re going to be fitter for life – and whether that happens to include you smashing your goal of feeling more confident in a bikini on the Spanish coast with a Sangria in hand, or whether that is you learning to squat with a barbell or run 5km without stopping so be it. We are working together for YOU. We’re about to switch up to a new level, so you best be ready to say goodbye to your comfort zone. You are only confined by the walls that you build yourself….. so what’s stopping you??
