#GOALS

Today’s topic, as you may have intuitively figured out, is life goals.

I have recently developed a very strong vision as to what I would like to achieve in life. I have always been very driven and ambitious; it’s definitely a part of who I am as a person. But over the last year, I have realised nearly anything in life is achievable if you have enough passion, patience and perseverance.

My goal in life is to change the world.

Now I bet you’re laughing already, which is the response I’ve had from 90% of people (or people just think I’m joking), so don’t worry I’m not bothered by your lack of belief. I’m not going to tell you my master plan, I can’t give away all my secrets can I? But think about this. There are people in this world that had their own dreams and ambitions and look where they are now…. Usain Bolt, Will Smith, Richard Branson, Kanye West and of course the amazing Nikki Blackketter.

If you aren’t believing in yourself and your ability, then who is? Or who will be encouraged to believe in your vision and dreams if you yourself don’t even believe in them?

Now I may not change the entire world. Maybe I will, who knows. But I may just change the world of one individual and for me that would make it all worthwhile. I want people to realise that health and fitness is not only 5am daily gym sessions, protein shakes and dinners of chicken, rice and veggies. It is not this box you have to fit into be a ‘fitness person.’ Health and fitness is attainable for everyone. I want females to not feel intimidated or lack confidence, avoiding the weights area or even the gym altogether. I want them to feel like a queen and do whatever they like in the gym (of course with correct form). I want everyone to be empowered to be the fittest and healthiest they can be and to feel comfortable and happy in his or her bodies, and enjoy exercise. Because lets face it you can’t switch with anyone else, so lets make the most of our own bodies and be confident within ourselves. My newfound growth in confidence started in the gym less than a year ago. 12 months has all it is taken for me to begin to learn my self worth and teach self-confidence. I still have a long way to go, but seeing that I can build my own physical strength, transferred to learning that I can build my mental strength too. It just takes some time, effort and patience. As always there is always room for improvement and I still have days where I have 0 confidence but we can work on that.

Now you still may think I’m crazy, and admittedly I am low key slightly crazy but I have a vision and goals in life and I’m consciously working towards them everyday, are you doing the same?

    I am happy i came across your instagram where i found your blog,one of the best i read in recent!!
    When i saw you in gym i was always thinking if you are that kind of person who like to motivate people or workout just for yourself.Now i got the answer,with regards Petr,have a nice day 🙂
